CMB supports Christmas toy appeal

Carnaud MetalBox (CMB) are proud supporters of the local Rotary Club’s annual Christmas Toy Appeal.

This initiative, run by the The Rotary Club of Shipley relies on donations from local businesses and residents to provide children from more deprived backgrounds with a Christmas present. The donations from this year mean hundreds of children in the local area will receive a gift.

Paula Gurney from the CMB Charity Fund who organised the collection at head office said: “Staff have been incredibly generous over the last couple of weeks and we have been overwhelmed by the number of gifts we have managed to collect. We know that money can be tight at this time of year, but it’s reassuring to know that colleagues are more than willing to spare a thought for a worthwhile cause.”

CMB would like to thank everyone who donated and helped to make this years collection the biggest one yet.
