Klinghammer, Bertil Ohlsson and Larsen form Klinghammer Group

The former independent companies Klinghammer, Bertil Ohlsson and Larsen have merged their competences in can technology to become a new company, Klinghammer Group GmbH.

The new privately-owned Klinghammer Group represents 275 years of combined can making technology experience.

Based in Braunschweig, Germany, the new company continues to focus on producing machines for flanging, necking, seaming and beading as well as shaping and expanding, ear welding and bailing and handle-welding.

The machines will be marketed under the new brand Klinghammer Bertil Ohlsson Larsen.

The Klinghammer Group machine design prioritises easy handling, short change-over times and quality. The machines are chosen by makers of three-piece general line cans all over the world.

The new company will continue to support can makers by supplying spare parts and tooling sets as well as machine upgrades for all the existing Klinghammer, Bertil Ohlsson and Larsen machines in the market.
